Towers Communities Apartments consist of ten apartment communities spread across the metro in Bloomington, New Hope, Brooklyn Center and St. Paul, Minnesota.
All of our locations participate in an affordable housing program which limits those eligible to apply by 2024 household income levels.
We are accepting Section 8 Vouchers as well as other subsidy programs such as MHR and Shelter Plus Care.
